\u201c\u5934\u53f7\u5927\u9b54\u5934\u201d\uff0c\u5546\u5bb6\u4eec\u4e5f\u5728\u79ef\u6781\u7814\u7a76\u5404\u79cd\u751c\u5473\u5242\u6210\u5206\uff0c\u6253\u9020 \u201c\u65e0\u7cd6\u201d \u4ea7\u54c1\uff0c\u5438\u5f15\u6d88\u8d39\u8005\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\"><strong>\u68c0\u6d4b\u4e09\u6c2f\u8517\u7cd6\u7684\u96be\u70b9<\/strong><\/span><\/strong><\/strong><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u7531\u4e8e\u4e09\u6c2f\u8517\u7cd6\u7d2b\u5916\u5438\u6536\u5f31 (\u2264200nm)\uff0c\u7f3a\u4e4f\u751f\u8272\u56e2\uff0c\u6240\u4ee5\u5206\u6790\u98df\u54c1\u4e2d\u7684\u4e09\u6c2f\u8517\u7cd6\u662f\u76f8\u5f53\u56f0\u96be\u3002\u4e00\u822c\u4f1a\u5229\u7528 RP-HPLC \u65b9\u6cd5\u91c7\u7528\u6298\u5c04\u7387\u68c0\u6d4b [1\u20133] \u6216 192nm[4] \u6216 200nm[3] \u5904\u7684\u7d2b\u5916\u7ebf\u5438\u6536\u3002\u53ef\u662f\uff0c\u8fd9\u79cd\u5728\u4f4e\u6ce2\u957f\u8303\u56f4\u5185\u7684\u68c0\u6d4b\u4e13\u5c5e\u6027\u4f4e\uff0c\u5e72\u6270\u4fe1\u53f7\u591a\uff0c\u9700\u8981\u590d\u6742\u7684\u6837\u54c1\u524d\u5904\u7406\u4ee5\u6d88\u9664\u5e72\u6270\u57fa\u8d28\u6210\u5206\u3002\u5f53\u7136\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u4e5f\u53ef\u4ee5\u91c7\u7528\u5bf9\u785d\u57fa\u82ef\u7532\u9170\u6c2f\u67f1\u524d\u884d\u751f\u5904\u7406\uff0c\u518d\u5728 260nm \u65b9\u6cd5\u76f8\u6bd4\uff0c\u9ad8\u6548\u8584\u5c42\u8272\u8c31\u6cd5 (HPTLC) \u4e3a\u6211\u4eec\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u66f4\u52a0\u4fbf\u6377\u3001\u53ef\u9760\u3001\u4f4e\u6210\u672c\u7684\u89e3\u51b3\u65b9\u6848\u3002<strong>\u9ad8\u6548\u8584\u5c42\u8272\u8c31\u6cd5\u53ef\u4ee5\u7528\u4e8e\u4e09\u6c2f\u8517\u7cd6\u548c\u679c\u7cd6\u7b49\u591a\u79cd\u98df\u54c1\u57fa\u8d28\u548c\u996e\u6599\u7684\u5b9a\u91cf\uff0c\u5728\u68c0\u6d4b\u996e\u6599\u7c7b\u578b\u7684\u6837\u54c1\u65f6\uff0c\u751a\u81f3\u65e0\u9700\u8fdb\u884c\u6837\u54c1\u5236\u5907\u3002<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u8584\u5c42\u8272\u8c31\u7684\u5f00\u653e\u6027\u4f7f\u5176\u5177\u6709\u5e7f\u6cdb\u9002\u7528\u6027\uff0c\u80fd\u8f7b\u677e\u641e\u5b9a\u5404\u79cd\u5e38\u89c1\u7684\u98df\u54c1\u4f9b\u8bd5\u54c1\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\u725b\u5976\u86cb\u7cd5\u3001\u4e0d\u540c\u79cd\u7c7b\u7684\u997c\u5e72\u3001\u5de7\u514b\u529b\u86cb\u7cd5\u3001\u53ef\u4e50\u3001\u725b\u5976\u3001\u786c\u7cd6\u548c\u80fd\u91cf\u6216\u8fd0\u52a8\u996e\u6599\u7b49\u3002\u672c\u793a\u4f8b\u4e2d\uff0c\u542b\u91cf\u6d4b\u5b9a\u65b9\u6cd5\u7684\u68c0\u6d4b\u9650 (LOD):\u5728 366 \/ 400nm\u3001405nm \u548c 500nm \u5904\u5206\u522b\u4e3a 4\u30018 \u548c 5ng\/\u6761\u5e26\uff0cRSD\u22644.4% (n=3)\u3002\u901a\u8fc7\u4f7f\u7528\u82ef\u80fa\u4e8c\u82ef\u80fa\u6b63\u78f7\u9178\u8bd5\u5242\u8272\u8c31\u540e\u884d\u751f\u5316\u751a\u81f3\u83b7\u5f97\u4e86\u6781\u4f73\u7684\u7279\u5f02\u6027\uff0c\u65e0\u8bba\u4f9b\u8bd5\u54c1\u4e2d\u542b\u6709\u591a\u4e48\u590d\u6742\u7684\u78b3\u6c34\u5316\u5408\u7269\u548c\u5176\u4ed6\u57fa\u8d28\u6210\u5206\uff0c\u53ea\u6709\u4e09\u6c2f\u8517\u7cd6\u884d\u751f\u540e\u4f1a\u4ea7\u751f\u53ef\u68c0\u6d4b\u8367\u5149\u3002\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u901a\u8fc7
