Automated Chromatogram Development under Standard Conditions
The ADC 2 (Automatic Developing Chamber) is designed to automate all manual operations necessary during chromatogram development, thereby offering convenience, safety and high reproducibility for isocratic developments of TLC/HPTLC plates and foils in 20 x 10 cm and 10 x 10 cm formats. It provides automatic development, time processing and humidity control. Operation is fully traceable with no need for operator monitoring.
- Dual operating modes – standalone or under winCATS software control with process monitoring and reporting.
- Environmental and operational effects are excluded through the use of a conventional CAMAG 20 x 10 Twin Trough Chamber, while enabling existing analysis procedures to be retained.
- Optional Humidity Control unit allows humidity control adjustment for standardized results
- Operation is stand-along mode or software controlled.
- The user is freed of all process monitoring responsibilities, operation is fully traceable
- CCD sensor to monitor the migration distance
- Automated saturation, development and dryness.
- The ADC 2 meets all the requirements of GMP/GLP and can be IQ/OQ qualified.
